Barcelona is unarguably one of the most popular places to visit in Spain. It’s rated amongst the Top five European most visited cities by Foreigners. Attractions like the Costa Brava, Costa Dorada area, Sagrada Familia, and the massive Art Nouveau are catchy to tourists. But that’s not all Barcelona has to offer to her visitors.
We have attempted at providing interesting but unpopular places to visit in Barcelona.
1. Gracia Neighborhood
Gracia is the best unknown place to feel the real spirit of Barcelona. Tourists don’t usually tread this path, but it is a great environment for relaxed promenades and tranquility. The lingua here is not majorly English but it’s a really cozy district of Barcelona.
2. Fira Barcelona Montjuïc
Fira Barcelona is a huge exhibition center located centrally in the city. You can directly access it from the airport. Another mouth-dropping attraction is found inside Montjuic park. You don’t need to bother a bit when you visit and there are no exhibitions because you can still take amazing pictures of the building.
Poble Espanyol is another unpopular but interesting place to visit in Barcelona. Poble reveals the diversity of Spain in a peaceful and pleasant way. You will enjoy the architecture, traditions, and all of Spain’s art.
4. Cactus Garden on Montjuïc
The Garden on Montjuïc is a well-known place, but many tourists don’t know about the cactus garden located here. It has about 800 cactus species!
